Delivery Times

Our delivery schedule is as follows:

• Sunday: Closed

Deliveries will be made within these times unless otherwise specified. We are unable to offer timed delivery slots, and all deliveries will be made as close to the requested date as possible.

Studio Collection Times

You may collect your order from our studio at the following times:

• Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, Friday, Saturday: 11:00 AM – 7:00 PM

• Wednesday: 1:30 PM – 3:00 PM

• Sunday: Closed

Shipping Details

• If your address is outside our delivery area, please contact us to discuss arrangements.

• Delivery Charges: Delivery fees will be calculated at checkout based on the delivery location.

• Recipient Unavailability: If the recipient is not available at the time of delivery, we may leave the order with a neighbour or in a secure, dry location (e.g., porch, garage) if advised. A card will be left to notify the recipient of the delivery.

• Non-Delivery: If we are unable to deliver, the item will be returned to the studio for collection or rescheduled delivery. Additional charges may apply for re-delivery.
