Shipping Details
- Delivery Zones: We currently deliver to Greater Manchester and all over the UK. If your address is outside our delivery area, please contact us to discuss arrangements.
- Delivery Charges: Delivery fees will be calculated at checkout based on the delivery location.
- Recipient Unavailability: If the recipient is not available at the time of delivery, we may leave the order with a neighbour or in a secure, dry location (e.g., porch, garage) if advised. A card will be left to notify the recipient of the delivery.
- Non-Delivery: If we are unable to deliver, the item will be returned to the studio for collection or rescheduled delivery. Additional charges may apply for re-delivery.
