This Refund and Return Policy is governed by the terms of Amelia Rose Floral Couture Ltd., registered at C/O Roca Accountants Limited Centenary House, 1 Centenary Way, Manchester, England, M50 1RF.

We strive to provide the highest quality products and services. However, if you are not satisfied, the following policies apply:

Returns and Refunds

  1. Perishable Goods
    • Due to the perishable nature of our products, refunds or replacements are only offered for issues reported within 1 working day of delivery or the intended delivery date.
    • For quality-related complaints, we require photographic evidence to be sent to us via email for investigation.
    • For any bouquets chosen with a glass vase or pot that is to be delivered via courier service this will not be sent and will instead be substituted for extra flowers.
  2. Eligibility for Refunds
    • Refunds are considered on a case-by-case basis. If approved, refunds will be issued using the original payment method.
    • Refunds will not be granted for goods that perish after 3 days of delivery (2 days for discounted items), provided proper care instructions were followed.
  3. Non-Perishable Items
    • For non-perishable items, returns are accepted within 14 days of receipt, provided the item is unused, in its original condition, and accompanied by proof of purchase. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item was faulty or incorrect.
  4. Cancellation Policy
    • Orders cannot be cancelled once ordered. If you require any amendments please get in contact and we will try our best to accomadate these.
  5. Subscription Services
    • Subscriptions require a minimum of two deliveries before cancellation. Refunds for subscription orders will not be issued after the initial two deliveries.

  • Contact us via phone (0161 710 0720) or email (info@ameliarosefloralcouture.co.uk ) with your order details, reason for return/refund, and any supporting evidence (e.g., photos).
  • Our team will assess your request and provide further instructions.

Exclusions

  • Refunds and returns do not apply to custom or bespoke orders unless the product is faulty.
  • We cannot accept responsibility for issues arising from incorrect care or handling after delivery.

    I love that they communicated with me with every step. They even send a picture with the flowers and the delivery address once it was out for delivery. They was great because it can be hard ordering flowers online.They flowers were also very like the picture which was great. Exactly what I wanted and not too expensive.     I have ordered from the company on multiple occasions, both for collection and delivery. The service is great and I would not use any other flower company. The flowers are absolutely beautiful every time. The ordering process is easy and the flowers are delivered on time as promised. The delivery slots have always been available for the next day and on one occasion I was able to order on the same day for collection. I received a picture of the flowers on WhatsApp on my most recent purchase which I think is a lovely idea. I also received regular updates when the flowers were dispatched and delivered. I have recommend the company to friends and work colleagues who now also place orders regularly due to their own positive experiences. Thanks for providing such a smooth process from start to finish.
