This Refund and Return Policy is governed by the terms of Amelia Rose Floral Couture Ltd., registered at C/O Roca Accountants Limited Centenary House, 1 Centenary Way, Manchester, England, M50 1RF.
We strive to provide the highest quality products and services. However, if you are not satisfied, the following policies apply:
Returns and Refunds
- Perishable Goods
- Due to the perishable nature of our products, refunds or replacements are only offered for issues reported within 1 working day of delivery or the intended delivery date.
- For quality-related complaints, we require photographic evidence to be sent to us via email for investigation.
- Eligibility for Refunds
- Refunds are considered on a case-by-case basis. If approved, refunds will be issued using the original payment method.
- Refunds will not be granted for goods that perish after 3 days of delivery (2 days for discounted items), provided proper care instructions were followed.
- Non-Perishable Items
- For non-perishable items, returns are accepted within 14 days of receipt, provided the item is unused, in its original condition, and accompanied by proof of purchase. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item was faulty or incorrect.
- Cancellation Policy
- Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of placement by contacting us directly.
- Cancellations for peak periods (e.g., Christmas, Valentine’s Day, Mother’s Day) must be made at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled delivery date.
- A £5 administrative fee applies to all cancellations.
- Subscription Services
- Subscriptions require a minimum of two deliveries before cancellation. Refunds for subscription orders will not be issued after the initial two deliveries.

Exclusions
- Refunds and returns do not apply to custom or bespoke orders unless the product is faulty.
- We cannot accept responsibility for issues arising from incorrect care or handling after delivery.
