All Greater Manchester deliveries will be made between 9am and 5pm. We are not able to state or prioritise any delivery times unless a guaranteed time slot is added at checkout. Nationwide deliveries are made between 9am and 6pm with our courier service and full tracking will be provided for this.

Yes we do! We offer same day, next day and nominated day delivery for all orders placed within the Greater Manchester area. If you are not sure if your location is within Greater Manchester you can use our postcode checker to confirm at checkout. Next day and nominated day delivery is available for all other nationwide orders. Next day orders should be place before 12pm. We use our trusted courier service DHL for all of our orders. Nationwide delivery is for any postcode based within the UK.

We do offer same day, next day and nominated day collection service from our studio based in Chadderton, Oldham. You can select a collection date and time slot at checkout. Orders should be collected at the specific time chosen. Please notify us if the collection time needs to be changed. We offer collection times from 11am until 7pm, however our studio opening times are from 11am until 2pm so if a collection time is chosen after these hours your bouquet will be stored in a safe locker space for you to collect. Details will be on your confirmation email after checkout.

If no neighbours are in then the delivery will be left in a safe space (this can include sheltered door step, blue bin, garage etc) and a card will be posted through the door. If there are none of these options available we will contact you to arrange collection from our studio. If your delivery is outside of Greater Manchester then you will recieve full tracking details so you know when you can expect your delivery. If nobody is home then all deliveries will again be left with a neighbour or in a safe place and you can check this on your tracking.

Cutting the stems, and refreshing water daily is our key! However a full care guide will be provided with each of your bouquets so you can get maximum vase life from your flower stems.

With flowers being a perishable good this is hard to give a precise answer on. Some stems can last up to 3 weeks even a month if looked after properly, however we will only guarantee our flowers for 3 days after delivery.
