Orders
- Order Details
- You are required to provide accurate and complete personal details, including a valid postcode, recipient details, and all necessary payment information when submitting an order.
- It is your responsibility to ensure that all information provided is correct. We accept no liability for non-delivery due to errors in the provided details.
- Payment
- We accept payments via most major credit and debit cards.
- Payments are processed securely, and we do not store your payment details in compliance with the Data Protection Act 2018 and GDPR.
- Contract Formation
- By clicking the 'Complete Order' button on the order form, you agree to these Terms & Conditions and any policies published on our website.
- Submission of an order form constitutes an offer to purchase, which we reserve the right to accept or decline.
- A binding contract is only formed when you receive an email confirming order acceptance and delivery, not the initial confirmation of order receipt.
Delivery
- Delivery Hours
- Deliveries are made between 9:00 AM and 6:00 PM. Timed deliveries are not available.
- Delivery Instructions
- It is essential to provide a full postcode and any helpful delivery instructions. Please also provide contact details (email and/or daytime phone number) for yourself and the recipient.
- If the recipient is unavailable, we will attempt to leave the delivery with a willing neighbour or in a secure, dry location such as a porch, shed, or garage (if specified). If no such arrangements are possible, the item will be returned to our shop for collection or re-delivery, and a card will be left advising the recipient.
- Unsuccessful Deliveries
- If the recipient cannot collect the item due to physical limitations, we will arrange a new delivery date at the earliest convenience. Additional delivery charges may apply for re-delivery.
Cancellation
- General Orders
- IMPORTANT - We accept no cancellations on any orders due to the nature of our product.
Late/Evening Collections
- Collections after 3:30 PM will be placed in a secure storage box. While we take care to ensure items are in good condition, we accept no liability for defects arising during this period.
- Photographs will be taken of items prior to placement in the storage box as a record of condition.
Refunds & Returns
- Complaints
- Complaints must be raised within 1 working day of delivery or the intended delivery date. Please contact us using the details provided on our website.
- For quality-related issues, we require a digital image of the product to expedite the investigation process.
- Refunds
- Refunds are assessed on a case-by-case basis following a thorough investigation.
- Refunds will not be issued for fresh products that perish more than 3 days after delivery (2 days for discounted items). Proper care must be provided in line with the instructions on the care card included with your order.
- Returns
- If you are dissatisfied, please contact us immediately. Returns are subject to the same conditions as refunds. We reserve the right to refuse refunds if the product is deemed to have been mishandled or neglected.
